Our Mini-Fascinators are made of a 8,5cm (3.3") felt base which we edge by hand in satin bias binding.
This wonderful mini-fascinator has a black felt base with black satin edging and a sky blue trim. Adorned with a turquoise rose and black leaves.
On the inside we attached an alligator hair clip so it is very easy to clip in.
