Our Mini-Fascinators are made of a 8,5cm (3.3") felt base which we edge by hand in satin bias binding.
This wonderful mini-fascinator has a white felt base with pale yellow satin edging pale yellow cotton overlay. This one comes with a romantic hortensia arrangement. On the inside we attached an alligator hair clip so it is very easy to clip in.
