Description
Our Mini-Fascinators are made of a 8,5cm (3.3") felt base which we edge by hand in satin bias binding.

This wonderful mini-fascinator has a black felt base with black satin edging, 2 juice cherries and a large turquoise satin bow on it!
On the inside we attached an alligator hair clip so it is very easy to clip in.
